Introduction to Employment Law

This basic course will appeal to line managers and human resources specialists alike, as well as workers who desire a better understanding of their employment rights, and of course their obligations to their employer. It is so important for employers and those responsible for recruiting workers to be aware of the legal requirements in recruitments and the common mistakes that can be made. Managing workers can be a legal minefield that can have serious legal and financial consequences for employers, so those possessing knowledge of employment law and the pitfalls that are possible are particularly attractive to employers.
