When you arrive in the UK you need to report at the college and make arrangements to be present during our enrolment and induction weeks. It is important that you arrive at the College before enrolment begins. For enrolment dates please contact the Admissions Office.
Enrolment Enrolment will involve registering for classes, settling any outstanding fees, and collecting books and timetables. It is also an opportunity for you to meet academic and administrative staff, open a bank account, apply for your student discount card, and much more. Generally the process involves:
Pre-enrolment Check the time specified for your course and arrive at the enrolment centre on time. Make sure you bring the following:
- Offer letter
- Original Passport / relevant ID (driver's license, etc.)
- Original academic documents (certificates and mark sheets)
- 4 recent colour passport style photographs of yourself
Enrolment Centre Our staff will check your offer details and provide you with your personalised enrolment worksheet and enrolment information pack.
Academic Advice Faculty staff will be available to assist you with subject choices and course information.
ID Photo We will take your digital photo and print your student ID card. You will collect it after you enrol.
Online enrolment You will enrol in one of our computer labs. This includes:
- enrolling in subjects.
- completing a payment policy declaration and choosing a billing option.
- completing statistical information the college is required to collect.
Collect ID card You will be issued with a student card and asked to sign it.
After Enrolment If you have any questions after enrolment day, check the information in your enrolment pack or you can ask the Student Services for assistance.

Induction Induction week follows enrolment, and is designed to familiarise you with the College campus. You will be introduced to your course coordinators, learn about study materials and our library, and meet your fellow students.
