Managing Projects at work

You will get a clear introduction to the principles of managing projects which you can apply immediately. Delivering outcomes on time and on budget as well as managing your time and the activities of others. The principles can also help you in you personal life in getting things done with an effective array of tools learnt in the course.

  • Able to plan and implement a small project as part of your job

    Delivery mode

    Two consecutive days workshops with refreshments provided at tea breaks. Alternatively you may spread attendance over a two-week one day workshops. Each session will start at 10am and end at 5pm. Course notes will be provided in a handy folder. Workshop will be highly interactive with questions, feedback and contributions of experience from participants.
